Lilas: an installation by Zaha Hadid Architects, Zaha Hadid & Patrik Schumacher
for the Serpentine Gallery, Kensington Gardens, London
Zaha Hadid Architects’ temporary installation for the occasion of the Gallery’s world-renowned fundraiser, the Summer Party, can be reviewed on Wednesday 11th July at 11am. It will be sited on the lawn next to the Serpentine Gallery where it will remain for one week.The installation is an open air space, 5.5 meters in height that consists of three identical fabric structures or parasols arrayed around a central point. Zaha Hadid Architects’ exclusive limited edition design for Swarozski, Fade, will also be featured, alongside pieces for Established & Sons, Kenny Schachter’s ROVE Projects LLP, Serralunga, Zumtobel and Max Protetch Gallery.
